Horse Shoe First Baptist Church approached Divine Digital Design asking about a new website to promote their church's preschool.

They wanted this website to also serve as the main church website as well. We were glad to take on this challenge as this was the first website that including a preschool ministry for us!

For this project, it was critical that we understand the needs and desires of the church regarding their website as this project presented new opportunities to learn. During the discussion, it became evident that the church would need this website to be easily managed by the church staff as new content and edits would be a continuous endeavor.

Regarding the preschool portion of the website, Horse Shoe wanted parents to be able to register their children via the website. All of this would mean the website would need to have a system that would allow Horse Shoe staff to manage the content on the website. It was important that they become proficient in managing their website.

After everything was built, the final result ended up being a beautiful website that was aesthetically pleasing, gospel-centered, and met the expectations of Horse Shoe First Baptist Church!

We built a fully functional content management system that would allow the staff to edit the site as much as they needed. In less than an hour, the staff were already able to add new content, edit existing content, and create new web pages on the fly!

We also programmed every contact form and registration form to be sent directly to the church email. This made it easy for the staff to track communications and registrations.
